The Production Manager is responsible to lead all manufacturing staff to optimize production quality, control costs, ensure on-time delivery, plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, recommend operations improvements, operate equipment, physically handle material, secure the facility, and maintain safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities for this position will include:
- Manage and evaluate entire production process
- Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe production environment
- Promptly communicate with Operations Manager when equipment requires service or repair
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders

Physical Requirements:
- Inside warehouse work, with no exposure to weather conditions
- Occasionally lifts up to 50lbs
- Continuously moving and standing
- Occasionally bending to perform various tasks
- Continuously operates equipment
- Frequently communicating – oral, listening, and writing skills required
- Continuously using close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
